With many of our colleagues based in schools or working remotely, we make it a priority to come together in person for team days several times a year.
Last Friday’s gathering had a festive twist!
The day kicked off with a Secret Santa gift exchange, followed by a recap of the year from Ali MacLachlan, The Wood Foundation’s UK Director.
Ali reflected on this year’s highlights, while also sharing exciting plans for the year ahead. We then got into the holiday spirit with some festive team-building activities, wrapping up the day with a team dinner.

Taking time to connect, celebrate achievements, and acknowledge challenges together strengthens our relationships, reminds us of our shared goals, and sets us up to make an even greater impact.”
