Designed in collaboration with Ford Next Generation Learning (Ford NGL) and Romeo’s school leaders, the study visit aims to provide an immersive, hands-on experience for Headteachers, Principal Teachers, and our Business & Community Support Officers (BCSOs). The US model offers a valuable example of Developing Scotland’s Young Workforce in action.
This experience is an opportunity for educators to reflect, exchange ideas and bring fresh perspectives into their classrooms, strengthening learning in Scotland.
