The Wood Foundation (TWF), a Scotland based Charitable Trust with a global outlook, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Administrator to support the Youth & Philanthropy Initiative (YPI Scotland), TWF’s flagship education programme.

YPI is a unique secondary education programme that actively engages young people in their local community, whilst raising awareness about philanthropy. Working with over 200 secondary schools, with significant plans for growth, the YPI Programme Administrator will be responsible for the delivery of all programme administrative processes, database management & optimisation, grant distribution, third sector correspondence, meeting the administrative needs of the wider YPI team, actively supporting regional/national event planning throughout the year, and handling general enquiries.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, have exceptional attention to detail with an ability to complete a wide range of tasks, to deadline, within a fast moving small team environment. The post will be 0.8 FTE, negotiable daily working pattern, based in Aberdeen.
