The Communications Manager at The Wood Foundation (TWF) will play a key role in the development and delivery of communications, marketing and events activity that supports TWF’s strategic aims & objectives. This remit is focused on bringing TWF’s vision to life, through multiple audiences across the public, private and third sector.

Working as part of a small team, The Communications Manager will contribute strategically and operationally to ensure that TWF’s ambition and priorities are effectively communicated across all channels and that TWF delivers against its operational objectives. This will include taking a lead on agreed work streams and working closely with relevant colleagues and Trustees. The role also involves maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with partners and stakeholders engaged in TWF activity.
Experience gained in a senior communications or marketing role is essential, with knowledge of the Scottish education and third sector landscape being desirable. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must.
