Seasoned professional plantation Manager with more than 11 years’ experience in field operations and people management. He has had good exposure in planning and budget execution, farm production, pest and diseases control, agriculture extension services, green field, project management, Landscape restoration program, cost management with efficiencies and people management. Prior to joining SCON Tharcisse served in different organizations, namely Lipton Teas and infusion Rwanda Ltd. (formerly Unilever Tea Rwanda Ltd). ASSOPTHE Cooperative in partnership with SORWATHE Ltd. (A Tea Growers Cooperative) and at Rulindo District as Agricultural officer. Tharcisse has bachelor’s degree in Crop Production and Horticulture from National University of Rwanda.
